Higher-Speed Centrifugation, Enhanced Performance — NEST Reinforced Centrifuge Tubes Now Available

In molecular biology, cell biology, biopharmaceutical research, and other laboratory applications, centrifuge tubes play a vital role in sample separation, storage, and transport, directly impacting the reliability and consistency of experimental results.

As advanced applications such as virus purification, exosome research, cell therapy, and next-generation sequencing (NGS) continue to evolve, conventional centrifuge tubes are no longer sufficient to meet the demands for high-speed centrifugation, superior sealing, and enhanced sample protection.

To address these challenges, NEST introduces the Reinforced Centrifuge Tube, designed with greater mechanical strength, reliable sealing performance, and improved compatibility for demanding laboratory workflows, providing a safer and more dependable solution for sample handling.

Engineered for High-Performance Applications

The NEST Reinforced Centrifuge Tube is optimized for high-speed centrifugation, superior sealing, and maximum sample security. Manufactured from premium FDA Class VI polypropylene (PP), the tube is paired with a PP cap and a high-performance sealing ring to ensure excellent leak resistance and sample integrity during centrifugation, vacuum concentration, and storage.

Its reinforced tube structure withstands centrifugal forces of up to 18,000 ×g and vacuum pressures as low as −95 kPa, significantly reducing the risk of deformation, cracking, and sample leakage, while delivering reliable performance for high-intensity laboratory applications.

Five Key Advantages

l High-Speed Centrifugation Performance

The reinforced tube structure withstands centrifugal forces of up to 18,000 ×g, making it ideal for demanding applications such as virus purification, exosome isolation, and subcellular organelle extraction.

l Reliable Sealing System

An integrated cap and high-performance sealing ring provide excellent leak resistance and withstand vacuum pressures down to −95 kPa, minimizing sample leakage, evaporation, and cross-contamination.

l Secure Low-Temperature Storage

Compatible with storage at −80°C, ensuring reliable long-term sample preservation and stability through repeated freeze–thaw cycles.

l User-Friendly Operation

The transparent tube features high-contrast graduations, a white writing area, and clear markings for the maximum centrifugal force and maximum fill volume, helping ensure accurate and standardized operation.

l High Cleanliness Standards

Electron beam sterilized (SAL 10⁻⁶) and certified free of endotoxins, DNase, RNase, and cytotoxicity, meeting the stringent requirements of molecular biology and other high-sensitivity applications.
